Josh studied Mechanical Engineering at University of the West of England, where he graduated with first class honours. He went on to study further and gained an MSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering Science, from the University of Southampton, where he graduated with a Distinction in 2018.

Following his graduation, Josh worked in a building services design role and gained experience in designing and specifying heating, ventilation, water and air conditioning systems in commercial and high-end residential projects. He is a skilled CAD technician, produces technical reports and has experience organising commercial utility infrastructure connections for building developments.

Josh joined E3 in the summer of 2020 and has been working on a number of projects including a new visitor centre in South Wales. He is trained in Revit and actively takes part in regular technical forums.

Josh is working towards becoming a Chartered Engineer.
