Isabelle is a Chartered Engineer and Passivhaus Designer who designs systems for buildings across a range of industry sectors. The focus of her works is on low energy building design and she is a certified Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA) with the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE). Isabelle studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Manchester and graduated with 2:1 in 2015. Before joining E3 Consulting Engineers she gained valuable experience in several Engineering firms in the UK including an internship at Arup in London.
Isabelle has extensive experience across a range of projects and sectors. As E3’s building physics and BIM specialist, she uses BIM to gain insight into the engineering process and inform her design strategies. Her analysis skills include daylight, overheating, heat loss and energy calculations, and producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). Isabelle’s work with historic buildings as well as contemporary low energy design brings a diverse skill set to projects.
She is a qualified Low Carbon Assessor, coordinates IES and Revit use and training at E3, and leads regular technical review forums.
