This multiple award winning project provided Torfaen Borough Council with a new information centre to showcase new technologies and low carbon initiatives. Facilities include a visitor and exhibition centre for businesses and the public to develop awareness of environmental issues.

The design  achieved an “Excellent” BREEAM rating. The installations include a packaged PV and Wind Turbine installation.
