The project involved a 5 classroom and kitchen extension at St Saviours school in Bath, as part of a wider masterplan rationalisation project to create improved facilities and playground space.

The project was delivered in phases with the classroom extension first, followed by the kitchen and involved careful planning of alterations to existing services. The new build element is a highly insulated timber framed extension with exposed timber soffits at first floor level.

The building is naturally ventilated with overnight cooling using secure louvres integrated into the window design.
