Our work included a new cooling installation and lighting system and a refurbishment of all the ventilation plant as part of a complete overall refurbishment of the building.
The cooling plant serving the auditorium and back of house areas was replaced, as was the lighting, heating, ventilation and cooling to the Garden Court restaurant. New dedicated cooling was installed in the Fly tower to control the rack temperatures serving the flying gear machinery and alterations and improvements were made to the smoke extraction system. The ventilation systems were altered to improve noise levels. Boilers were replaced and the BMS system was upgraded. New lighting in the auditorium was required along with foyer lighting with LED units and upgrade of the BOH luminaires with LED modules.
