The client was a start up business to produce high quality local goat’s cheese, and the scheme comprised a new dairy and parlour building.

Central to the scheme was close environmental control within a series of rooms where the cheese is dried, ripened and stored.

Since the project’s completion the client’s business has thrived, and the quality of the facilities have become internationally recognised. Shortlisted for RIBA South West Town and Country Award.
