Following several successful projects with the Dogs Trust, this most recent Rehoming Centre, based outside of Evesham, was the redevelopment of an existing site.

A phased construction allowed the centre to remain operational whilst the new buildings were constructed. As such, the site services had to be carefully designed and coordinated to minimise disruption and the client reported no operating issues during the construction phase.

As with the previous rehoming centres Evesham has a focus on sustainability and uses district heating with a biomass boiler and electricity generated using a roof mounted PV array.
