This is the fourth Rehoming Centre that E3 has completed with the Dogs Trust and it continues with the same sustainable ethos.

This centre is built on a green field site to the north of Basildon and the development consists of four main buildings including a large rehoming building complete with public areas, kennels, training areas and veterinary facilities.

The design was developed with experience learnt from the previous projects. It is low energy, with a district heating system using a wood pellet boiler, roof mounted PVs and low energy radial hot water systems.
