Blakenhall Neighbourhood Centre is a new community and sports centre in Wolverhampton. It is adjacent to St Luke’s School, which is a widely acclaimed RIBA award winning primary school, and was completed with the same design and construction team in 2009.

There is a district heating link between the two buildings to make use of the school’s biomass boiler when the school is unoccupied. At other times the building is heated using highly efficient condensing gas fired boilers. The building has a highly efficient façade and makes extensive use of heat recovery mechanical ventilation.
