E3 was involved with the design of a new hotel extension at a high quality 5* hotel in central London. The scheme included a new three level spa complex in the basement of the extension.

The building includes a variety of treatment rooms, pool gymnasium and fitness suite. The original building is listed, and therefore needed care in development of the scheme.
