The new sports centre and swimming pool for UCS in London was completed in 2006, and has been a successful facility for use by the school, and by the public club which uses it out of hours. The facilities are centred around the 25M six lane pool, and include a large fitness suite, four courts sports hall, and first floor dance studio.

The building is mainly mechanically ventilated, with heat recovery systems for all spaces. The main hall is naturally ventilated in the summer, through automatic opening windows at high level, giving a side lit space. The hall is heated using high level water based radiant panels integrated into the lighting and ceiling system. The fitness suite has additional cooling and heating through a heat recovery VRF system.
