Located at Upper Oldfield Park, Bath, this project includes the refurbishment and remodelling of an existing building to create a new teaching facility for Norland College.

The scheme involves extensive structural alternations including the relocation of the stair cores, and substantial extensions to the rear. There is also an outbuilding which has been extended and converted into a dedicated cookery teaching facility.

The building services have been completely replaced, including the provision of new incoming services to relocated plant areas. The existing electrical heaters have been replaced with a new wet heating system served by a condensing gas fired boiler.
