The client is a start up business to produce high quality local goats cheese, and the scheme comprises a new dairy and parlour building. Central to the scheme is close environmental control within a series of rooms where the cheese is dried, ripened and stored. The project was completed June 2009 and since then the client’s business has thrived, and the quality of the facilities are internationally recognised. Shortlisted for RIBA SW Town and Country Award.
