A successful building in the leisure industry puts the customer’s needs first.  At the same time the design needs to take into account the commercial reality of facilities management, and we aim to strike the balance between the visitor’s experience and the practicalities of operating and maintaining a building.

Our recent projects include The Magdalen Chapter Hotel, which has successfully occupied a gap in the market for a boutique hotel in Exeter in a former Victorian Eye Hospital.  We also have experience in designing buildings with swimming pools and spas, including The Roger Bannister Centre and Bath Spa.  The Willows School in Wolverhampton includes a Hydrotherapy pool which provides invaluable therapy opportunities for pupils with special needs.
