St Peters is a new 2-form entry primary school in Gloucester, replacing a previous school on the same site.  This is part of a phased development including a new nursery building by the same team, and demolition of the existing school.  The scheme is on target to achieve BREEAM very good, and includes a biomass boiler as the primary heating source. The windows are automatically controlled by the building management system and the scheme includes a number of other low energy features. Completed January 2012. Construction value approx £7m.
