A new teaching facility for the University of Gloucestershire. The brief blended energy efficiency with wireless enabled teaching spaces. The services were developed to minimise energy loss by adopting a VRV heat recovery system, which enabled heat rejected from the energy intensive IT space to be used to heat break out and circulation spaces. This building was completed in June 2006.
