A significant regeneration project for Middleport Pottery in Stoke on Trent. The UK Historic Buildings Preservation Trust are the owners and landlords of the pottery, with the anchor tenant being Denby who continue to operate the pottery business using traditional techniques. The scheme involves essential repairs to the building fabric, while creating additional workspaces for start-up businesses, and visitor facilities. The scheme forms part of a wider regeneration masterplan for the area. Budget: £4m. Due to complete early 2014.
